Here is a scene I did to refresh my UDK abilities,since I didnt use it for a few months. It was also a lesson so I could teach my students and it was originally being done for last months Gnomon contest entitled Mirkwood.

I guess I should post here. I will be part of the Rift team up in Redwood Shores working on the MMO Rift as a Senior Environment Artist. My family and I are moving up there next week after spending a week looking for a place. Sunnyvale will be our new home base. Crazy how opportunity strikes without even expecting it.

Here is a simple prop I am working on for a larger scene. Just a simple tire and rim. Currently both the rim and tire weigh in at 970 tris. Basic I know but I have never done a tire before. Rim hasn't been textured yet.

Ritual Slab

Here is a model I have been working on here and there when time permits. It is a simple ritualistic sacrifice slab. It is still a partial WIP. I am adjusting materials and lighting. This is just a quick render in Max. I will eventually bring it into UE3 when I get some more time.

Here is a painting I started on last week and spent a couple hours on. The drawing was not done by me. It is from a digital painting book. I cannot recall the artist.

I know it still needs ALOT of work but at least I am spending more time digitally.

Here is a pose did lastnight in about 10 mins. I know its far from good but I havent painted or drawn digitally in a long time.

Here is a quick Zbrush sculpt I did from a flat terrain plane. I know it's not all the impressive but I am possibly going to be using it as an ornate piece on a wall or something.

I just created this blog to display art 2d and 3d that I am currently working on or anyting else that I so desire. I hope to see a progression with all of my art, because if youre not improving then why are you trying? Now I just need to make sure I post stuff on here whether it is complete or not. I am writing to myself, isnt that awesome.
